Michael has extensive business and commercial experience combined with a real understanding of the challenges associated with the delivery of strategic, operational and technology-enabled business outcomes.

Michael is passionate about creating working environments that foster high-performing teams and works with organisations of varying size and scale. Typically, he operates across diverse stakeholder groups including cross-functional teams, C-level and Board.

Through his extensive consulting and leadership roles, Michael has worked with a diverse range of businesses in helping them navigate complex business challenges and unlock opportunities.

Michael is also a Board member of the Nell Bank Charitable Trust which provides children and young people from all backgrounds with outdoor learning experiences. 

Over 30 years direct experience within the marketing, data, customer communications and technology sectors. He launched his first business in 1999 specialising in supporting customers build and execute robust data driven communication strategies.

Working with and advising businesses such as BUPA, VW, The People’s Postcode Lottery and NFU Financial he built the business to over 110 people before exiting via a management buyout in 2019.

Anthony is also a shareholder and Director of a direct marketing specialist business with offices in Edinburgh and Cape Town, advising clients on customer journey planning, marketing strategy and technology, currently consulting for businesses such as Knight Frank, ABSA Bank and Go Outdoors.

Since selling his first business in 2019, he has developed his commercial, technology and marketing communications experience to build a programmatic marketing technology platform, which supports clients in the integration and automation of online and offline communications. 

​​Over 25 years’ experience in digital, delivering customer-led transformation across financial services, media, and consultancy. Nick has held senior roles at Sky, HSBC, Yorkshire Building Society and Vanquis Bank, where he was Digital Transformation Director and ExCo member.

At Oakpath, Nick brings deep expertise across digital strategy and execution, customer experience design, and operating model transformation. He has led large-scale programmes focused on journey redesign, digital capability build, performance and growth across multiple channels.

Known for his values-led leadership, Nick thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity and customer impact. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, delivering commercial outcomes, and embedding service design to improve customer experience and channel performance.

Over the past couple of years, Nick has supported and helped a wide variety of leaders and organisations to grow with clarity, resilience and purpose in complex and fast-moving environments.

Over 25 years experience in human resources and operational roles, most recently as Head of HR at Ecology Building Society and as Deputy Bursar at Giggleswick Independent Day & Boarding School.  

Prior to these roles, she worked for several large organisations including Skipton Building Society and Norwich Union.

Rachel has experience in the full life cycle of HR delivery including: managing an HR team, Employment Relations issues, Organisational Development, Change Management, HR Projects, Policy work, HR Administration, Absence Management, Employment Law updates and impacts, Project Management, Resourcing, Redundancy and Pensions. She has also held responsibility for operations and Health & Safety.

Rachel has recently set up a consultancy business, Collaborate Now, working with Schools to run audits in preparation for regulatory inspections.

Rachel has undertaken pro-bono work as a School Governor, sitting their Finance Committee.​​
