As a former Client Service Partner and Practice Leader, I have led multi-year programmes, significant investment cases and delivery assurance, including CEO-sponsored strategic reviews.
Where an engagement calls for it, I draw on specialist partners, case by case, for example in brand strategy, consumer research or specialist implementation. They are contracted for the engagement and have no referral or vendor arrangements with me, so my independence is maintained.
Independent, constructive and collaborative challenge
As a transformation adviser and as a Non-Executive Director or Advisory Board member, I bring independent judgement and constructive challenge, in a way that keeps progress and momentum moving.
I hold a Non-Executive Director qualification, which incorporates an Ofqual-regulated Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 6 Award, and serve as a Board member of an independent charitable trust.
Strategy through to oversight: Nell Bank Charitable Trust
I led and facilitated the creation of the Trust's three-year strategy, and was approached to join the Board in 2024, where I provide oversight of the Trust's implementation of its strategic priorities.
